The article is devoted to the description of own observations and treatment patients with hiatal hernias. It was noted that approaches surgical hernias require an increase in efficiency safety, which makes this issue relevant, despite accumulated experience treatment. Attention focused on endosurgical technologies form laparoscopic fundoplication chiatoplasty. has been established main indications for are: severe reflux esophagitis, development extraesophageal complications, lack effect from pharmacological therapy. Laparoscopic Nissen antireflux surgery combination crurorrhaphy meets requirements correction pathology. effective, well tolerated by patients, a low percentage allows us consider it "gold standard".
